Horseradish and Garlic Fried Chicken Recipe
Serves: 4 MethodMix 1 cup of flour with the water to make a batter using a hand whisk. Do not overmix the batter, a few lumps will be ok. Season well with salt and pepper and add the rest of the spices. Pour the remaining flour into a shallow bowl.
